Hello everyone, maine kuch dishes upload ki thi, i hope aap sabhi ko vo pasand aai hongi. I know iss lockdown period me aap sab sweets miss kar rahe honge, so dont miss it, you can also make it at home. Because aaj mai ek sweet ki he recipe laai hu. Ji haan, aaj hum sikhenge imarti banana. Seems tough? Dont worry its easy, because it was also my first attempt and believe me it was not that tough. 

Imarti ko Jhangri bhi kehtey hai. Yeh urad daal ke ghol or chashni se bananey wali ek bahut he tasty sweet hai. Jalebi ki tarah dikhne wali, ye sweet  mughal emperor jahangir ki vajah se kafi famous hai. Isko garam dudh k sath serve kiya jaata hai. Garma garam imarti aur kesar wala dudh sabko bahut pasand aata hai.

 Ingredients:

  • 250g Urad dal(Dhuli urad dal)
  • 2 tbspn Rice
  • 1 cup Water(pani) urad dal pisne k liye
  • 4 cup Sugar(chini)
  • 3 cup Water(paani) chasni k liye
  • 1 tbspn Lemon juice(nimbu ka ras)
  • 1 tbspn Corn flour
  • 7-8 saffron threads(kesar k dhage)
  • 4-5 Ice cubes
  • Oil(tel talne ke liye)
  • Tamato sauce bottle or any soft polybag or imarti maker
  • 2 bade chamach Ghee

Imarti banane ki Vidhi:


1. Sabse pehle urad daal aur chawal ko ache se dho kar 2-3 ghante k liye soak(fula) kar dein. Urad dal k sath chawal daalne se imarti crispy banati hai. Imarti ke liye dal ko 1-2 ghante fulana kafi hota hai. Ab usko ache se dho kar chhan lein. Safron(kesar) ko ek katori pani me daal k rakh dein, isse kesar ka rang chasni me acha ayega.

2. Ab hum chashni taiyaar karte hai. Ek pan me 2 cup sugar daalein, aur 1 cup pani. Ek ubaal aane dein, ab usme lemon juice add karein. Lemon juice add karne se chini jamati nahi hai. Ab usmein saffron(kesar) wala pani daal dein. Aap chahe to orange food colour bhi use kar skate hai.

 Ab chashni ko ache se 5 minute tak pakaye. Ab ek boond plate me gira kar thanda kar k ungaliyo ke bich me check karein, agar aapke anguthe aur ungli me ek taar ban raha hai, to aapki chashni taiyaar hai.

3. Ab hum chashni ko dhak kar rakh denge, aur imarti ka ghol taiyaar karenge. Ab ek bowl me 1 cup paani lein ,usme 4-5 ice cube daal lein. Ab dal ko mixer me daale aur thande paani ko daal kar ache se grind karein.
 Thanda paani use karne se apki dal ache se pis jayegi, normal paani se peesne par daal kuch der me garam ho jaati hai aur ache se pisati nahi hai. Aapko dal ko jyada gila nahi peesna. Daal ka paste patla nahi hona chahiye. Gaadha aur soft paste bana ke tayaar kar lein.

4. Ab aap ek chauda bartan lein aur usmein daal k paste ko daalein, usmein 1 chamach corn flour daalein. Hatheli ki madad se daal ko ache se faitein, isme lagbagh 10-15 minutes lagte hai.  Aapki daal thodi der me ferment ho jayegi.

 Ab ek bartan me paani lein, usme daal ka chhota drop daalein, agar ye drop upar aa jaata hai to aapki daal imarti k liye taiyaar ho chuki hai. Agar daal upar nahi aati hai to daal ko aur thodi der k liye faitein.

5. Ab koi bhe soft polybag, dudh ka packet, ya tamato sauce ki bottle lein. Maine dudh ka packet use kiya hai. Ab usko ek glass me rakh ke set karein, aur spoon se ghol ko daalein, phir rubber ki madad se bandh lein. Scissors(kaichi) ki madad se ek chhota sa cut laga dein.

6. Ab ek pan main oil ya ghee garam karein, agar aap oil use kar rahe hai to usme 2 bade chamach ghee daal dein, isse imarti ka taste badhta hai aur khusbu bhi bahut achi aati hai. Oil zyada garam nai hona chahiye ,aapko gas low-medium par rakhni hai. Agar aap gas ko low-medium par rakhenge to imarti ki shape bahut ache se banti hai, aur imarti andar se ache se pakati hai.

7. Oil garam hone k baad thoda sa ghol daal kar check karein, agar ghol upar aa jata hai to oil ready hai. Ab apne hatho se keep(urad daal filled packet) ko dabatey hue imarti banaye, pehle ek baar ek circle banaye phir uske upar ek aur circle bnayein, ab iske upar chhote gole bana dein. Ho sakta hai ek do baar shape na bane but dheere dheere 2-3 peices me shape banne lagegi.

8. Agar aap first time imarti bana rahe hai to 2-3 pieces he ek sath fry karein. Imarti ko dono taraf palat kar talein, jb tak uska colour golden brown na ho jaaye. Ab Imarti ko garam chashni me duba dein, jab imarti chashni me ache se doob jaaye tab nikal k alag rakh lein. Aise he saari imarti ko tal kar chashni se nikal lein.

Ab imarti ache se ban ke ready hai. Ab imarti ko garam kesar wale dudh ke sath serve karein. Aap imarti ko kisi bhi festival par bana sakte hai. To chaliye imarti banaiye aur sabko khilaiye.

Note:

  • Ek taar ki he chashni banaye, agar chashni patli ya gaadhi ho jayegi to imarti me ache se andar tak fill nahi hogi.
  • Batter(ghol) ko zyada geela na karein, agar apka batter geela ho gaya hai to usme ek do chamach corn flour or rice flour daal ke ache se mila lein.
  • Aap agar imarti ko ghee me talna chahte hai to tal sakte hai, agar oil use kar rahe hai to usme 2 chamach ghee add karein, isse imarti ka teate badh jaata hai.
  • Imarti ko low-medium flame par he talein. Varna apki imarti jal jayegi aur ache se nahi pakegi.
  • Imarti ko jab chashni me dalein tb chashni aur imarti dono garam honi chahiye, varna chashni imarti ke andar fill nahi ho payegi. Agar chasni thandi ho gayi hai to usko halka garam kar lein.
  • Imarti jb chashin me ache se doob jaaye tabhi usko chashni se nikalein.
