Ingredients:

1.  250g Flatten rice (Poha, chura)
2.  100g Instant Oats or Rolled Oats (Jaee)
3.  1 Onion (Pyaaz) barik kata hua
4.  2 Green chili (Hari mirch) barik kati hue
5.  1 inch ginger (adrak) barik kata hua
6.  50g Peanut (mungfali k daane)
7.  1/2 tspn Rai dana
8.  1/2 tspn Jeera
9.  1 tspn Haldi
10.1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
11. 1 lemon juice
12. Namak (swaad anusar)
13. 1 tbspn Sugar
14. 2 tbspn kishmish (optional)
15. 2 tbspn Ghee
16. 2 tbspn Sarso ka tel
17. 2 tbspn Dhaniya patta barik kata hua
18. 2 tbspn Coconut (sukha or kacha nariyal garnishing k liye).

METHOD:


1. Poha aur oats ko mix kar k ek sath pani me dho kar aur chhan kar rakh dein. Agar aap instant oats use kar rahe hai to usko alag bartan mein halke pani k chhite dekar rakh dein.

2. Pan ko gas par rakh kar 1/2 tbsp ghee dal kar garam karein. Ab usme moongfali ke daane daal kar halka laal hone tak bhune aur nikal kar, alag rakhein. Isi tarah kishmish ko bhi halka bhun kar nikal lein.

3. Gas ko sim kar dein, ab pan me sarso ka tel daalein aur usme rai, jeera, adrak and haldi daal kar ache se bhunein. Ab pyaz daal kar halka pink hone tak bhune. Ab usme bhiga hua poha aur oats daal kar ache se milaye.

4. Ab 1 tbspn ghee, salt, and sugar add kar k ache se milaye aur dhak kar 5 minute tak bhaap se pakne dein.

5. Ab lemon juice, peanut, and kishmish daal kar milaye.

6. Ab plate me serve karte time upar se coconut aur dhaniya patta daal kar sajaaye. Garam garam adrak wali chai k sath serve karein. Aap chahe to apni manpasand namkeen daal kar bhi serve kar sakte hai.
