Yeh recipe maine Oats(Jaee) se tayaar ki hai. Oats bahut healthy hota ,aur isme fiber bhi bharpur matra me hota hai. Isko breakfast me bana kar khaya jaata hai. Oats se bahut saari recipes taiyaar ki jaati hai jaise Oats Poha, Oats Uttpam, Oats Dosa etc. Aaj mai banane jaa rahi hu Oats Kheer, jisko aap weight loss ke liye bhi apni diet me shamil kar sakte hai. Oats ki kheer bahut tasty banti hai aur ye fatafat ban kar taiyaar ho jaati hai. Apko isse banane ke liye zyada mehnat karne ki zarurat nahi padti. Yeh khane me jitni tasty hoti hai utni hi healthy bhi hoti hai.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Oats (Jaee)
  • 1/2 Cup Mango Puree (Aam ka Guda)
  • 1/2 Litre Milk (Dudh)
  • 1 Tbsp  Custard Powder (Any Flavor) 
  • 1-2 Tbsp  Sugar (Chini) Or Honey (Sehad)
  • 1/2 Cup Makhane(Optional)
  • 2 Tbsp  Coconut Powder (Nariyal Burada)
  • 1 Tbsp  Raisins (Kishmish)
  • 1/2 Tbsp Almonds Finally Chopped(Badam baarik kate hue)
  • 1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder)

Vidhi:


 1. Sabse pehle Custard Powder ko 1/2 cup Milk me daal kar ache se mix kar lijiye.

2. Ab ek pan me Milk ko garam karenge. Ab Milk boil ho jaane par Oats daal kar 5 minute tak chalate hue pakaiye. Ab usme Cusrtard Powder ka ghol dal kar ache se mix kar k 2-3 minute tak pakaiye.

3. Ab isme Nariyal powder, Kishmish, Badam aur makhane daal kar ache se mix kar denge. Ab kuti hue Elaichi daal kar gas band kar dijiye.

4. 5 minute baad Mango puree daal kar ache se mix kar dijiye. Ab kate hue aam k pieces aur dry fruits daal kar serve karein.

Aap Oats kheer ko Breakfast or Dinner me bana kar kha sakte hai. Oats Kheer ko aap adha ghanta freezer me rakhne ke baad thanda thanda bhi serve kar sakte hai. Iska taste ekdum Ice-Cream ki tarah ho jaata hai. Aap apne bachho ko bhi yeh healthy dish bana kar khila sakte hai bacho aur bado dono ko ye kheer bahut pasand ayegi.

Note:



  • Custard Powder ko Milk me ghol bana ke daalne par Milk me lumps nahi padti hai.
  • Milk ache se boil hone par hi usme custard ka ghol daaliye aur ache se chalaiye varna usme lumps pad jayengi.
  • Gas ko low flame par rakh kar hi Oats Custard Kheer banaiye varna high flame par Custard Powder jal jayega aur kheer ka taste kharab ho jayega.
