Hello Everyone, I hope you all are doing well. Aaj mai ek different healthy recipe lekar aayi hu. Jo Oats and Poha ko mix kar k banai jaati hai. Oats ko different tarike se banaya jaa sakta hai. Maine Oats ko Poha aur Patato k sath mix kar ke yeh healthy snack taiyaar kiya hai, aap isse breakfast me aur evening tea ke sath serve kar saktein hai. Yeh bahut crunchy banta hai, ismein aloo aur matar daalne se ye bacho ka favourite snack ban jaata hai. 


To chaliye aaj mai batati hu aap iss easy and healthy recipe ko ghar par asani se kaise bana saktein hai.

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 Bade Aloo/Patato (Boiled)
  • 1 cup Oats/Jaee
  • 2 cup Poha/Chura
  • 1/2 cup Matar/Peas (Boiled)
  • 1/2 cup Moongafali/Peanuts (Bhun kar kuti hui)
  • 1-2 Hari Mirch/Green Chilli (Baarik kati hui)
  • 1 Inch Adrak/Ginger (Baarik kata hua)
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice
  • 2-3 tbspn Ghee or Oil (talne k liye)
  • 1 tspn Laal Mirch Powder/Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tspn Chaat Masala
  • 1 tspn Haldi Powder
  • Namak/Salt (Swadanusar)

Vidhi:



  • Sabse pehle aap Poha aur Oats ko dho kar chhan kar soak kar dein. Ab ek badey bowl me Aloo ko lekar mash karein. Ab usmein Oats aur Poha daal kar milaye.

  • Ab usme boiled Matar, kuti hui Moongfali, Adrak, Hari Mirch, Lemon Juice, Sabhi Masale, aur Namak daal kar ache se mix karte hue mixture ko taiyaar kar lein.

  • Ab mixture ko 10-11 barabar bhago me baat lein. Ab hatho me ghee lagayein, hatheli ki madad se Cutlet ko gol shape dein aur halke hatho se daba kar 1/2 inch moti shape dein. Saare pieces ko isi tarah bana lein.

  • Ab Pan ko garam karein, usmein ghee ya oil daalein. Ab ek sath 5-6 pieces ko Pan me daal dein. Aur do minute dhak kar pakayein.

  • Ek taraf se pakenein dein aur palat dein. ache se golden brown hone tak pakayein. Inko pakaane me 1-2 minute ka time lagta hai.

  • Sabhi pieces ko aise he tal kar plate mein nikal lein.

Aap isko mithi dahi ya sauce ke sath bhi serve kar sakte hai. Yeh garam garam chai ke sath bhe bahut tasty lagta hai.

Yeh bahut easy recipe hai. Jab bhe aapke ghar par koi guest aayein ya apko chhoti chhoti bhukh lage to aap isko fatafat bana kar kha aur khila saktein hai.

Note:

  • Aloo ko ache se boil karein.
  • Oats aur poha ko 5 minute tak fulayein, isse aloo k sath apka mixture ache se ban k tayaar hoga.
  • Matar ko boil kar ke use karein.
  • Cutlet ko ache shape dene ke liye aap apne hatho me oil ya ghee laga lein. Varna aapka mixture hath me chipkega aur shape ache nahi banegi.
  • Talte time aapko ye dhyaan rakhna hai ki cutlets ko dhak kar sekein, isse apke cutlet ache se andar tak pakenge.
  • Yeh ek bahut healthy recipe hai jisko aap kam oil aur ghee ka use karke pan me tal kar bana saktein hai.
