  • Palak(Spinach) - 500g
  • Paneer - 250g
  • Tel(Oil) - 4 tbspn
  • Makhan(Butter) - 2 tbspn
  • Dahi(Curd) - 1/2 cup
  • Besan(Gram flour) - 2 tbspn
  • Hari Mirch(Green chilli) - 2 baarik kati hui
  • Adrak(Ginger) - 1 inch baarik kata hua
  • Methi Dana(Fenugreek) - 1/2 tspn
  • Pyaz(Onion) - 2 medium size kaddukas kiye hue
  • Tamatar(Tomato) - 2 medium size kaddukas ki hue
  • Hing(Asafoetida) - 1 pinch
  • Haldi Powder - 1 tspn
  • Laal Mirch Powder - 1/2 tspn
  • Garam Masala - 1 tspn
  • Dhaniya Powder - 1-1/2 tspn
  • Malai(Cream) - 2-3 tbspn
  • Namak(Salt) - Swadanusar
  • Pani(Water) - 2 glass

Palak Paneer Banane Ki Vidhi:


  • Sabse pehle Palak ko saaf kar ke uske danthal ko kat kar alag kar ke ache se dho lijiye. Ab Pan me 1-1/2 glass pani daal kar Palak daal dijiye. Usme 1/2 tspn namak add kar denge. Ab 5 minute tak boil kijiye.

  • Paneer ko  cubes me kat lijiye. Ab ek bowl me Paneer daal kar usme Haldi, Laal Mirch Powder, namak aur 1/2 tspn oil add kariye. Ab paneer ko ache se mix kar ke ek taraf marinate kar ke rakh dijiye, jis se masale paneer me ache se mix ho jaye.

  • Palak ko boil hone ke baad thande paani me nikal dijiye. Palak thanda hone par mixer me daal kar paste bana lijiye. Palak boil karne ke baad jo paani bacha hai usko hum sabzi banane me use kar sakte hai.

  •  Ab  sabji banane ke liye masala tayar kijiye. Sabse pehle besan ko bhun kar nikal lijiye. Ab Paneer ko tal kar nikal lijiye. Paneer ko jada der tak fry nahi karna, bas halka fry kar ke nikal lijiye.

  •  Pan me oil daal kar Butter daaliye, usme Methi Dana, Hing Adrak, aur Hari Mirch daliye. Ab kaddukas kiya hua Pyaz daal kar ache se bhuniye.

  • Ab usme saare Masale sath hi namak daal kar bhuniye, Ab kaddukas kiye hue Tamatar daliye. Ab dhak kar masale ko 2 minute paka denge. Jab masale se Oil alag hone lage tab usmein Besan aur Dahi daal kar ache se mix kar dijiye.

  •  Masalo ko ache se pak jaane par usmein Palak ki puree daal denge, aur ache se milaiye. Agar aapko Palak ki gravy thick lag rahi hai to usme Palak ko boiled kiye hue paani ko daal dijiye. Ab usmein fry kiye hue Panner ke pieces ko daal dijiye. 5 minute dhak kar pakne dein.
