Hello Friends, I hope aap sabhi ko meri ab tak post ki hue sabhi recipes pasand aai hongi. Aaj mai Paneer Do Pyaza ki recipe laai hu. Paneer se bahut saari recipes taiyaar ki jaati hai hai, Paneer do pyaza ek Punjabi dish hai. Yeh ek indian recipe hai jo kafi pasand ki jati hai.

Paneer do Pyaza recipe ki khas baat yeh hai ki, isme pyaz k do pieces kar ke, pyaz ki matra ko zyada aur panner ki matra ko kam rakha jata hai. Yeh khane me bahut tasty sabzi hai. Aap isko kisi bhi khas mauke par fatafat taiyaar kar sakte hai. Isko banane me zyada time nahi lagta hai. Aaj me aapko bataungi ki restaurant jaisa chatpata paneer do pyaza kaise banayein.

Ingredients:


Sabzi banane ke liye:
  1. 250g Paneer
  2. 2 bade Pyaaz (2 pieces me kate hue)
  3. 2-3 medium pyaz (kaddukas kiya hua)
  4. 2 tamato(tamatar)(pieces me kate hue)
  5. 1 cup tamato puree
  6. 2 tspn Haldi
  7. 1 tspn Red chilli powder
  8. 2 tspn Dhaniya powder
  9. 1 tspn Garam masala 
  10. 2tspn Sabzi masala(optional)
  11. 1-2 Tejpatta
  12. 1 pinch Hing
  13. 1-2 tukda Dalchini
  14. 1/2 tspn Jeera
  15. 1/2 tspn Methi dana
  16. 4-5 tbspn Oil
  17. Namak ( swad anusar)
  18. 2 tbspn barik kati Dhaniya patti

Paneer Marinate karne ke liye:

  1. 1/2 cup Curd(Dahi)
  2. 2 tbspn Corn flour
  3. 1 tspn Kali mirch powder
  4. 2 tpsn Oil
  5. 1 tspn Red chili powder
  6. 1 tspn Haldi
  7. Namak (swadanusar)flour



Vidhi:


1. Sabse pehle hum paneer ko marinate karenge, uske liye hum ek bowl me paneer ko daal kar usme sabhi masale(Kali mirch powder, red chilli powder, and haldi) add kar denge.

Ab hum usme oil aur namak (salt) daal k ache se mix karenge, ab corn flour ko dahi me ache se mix kar denge, aur paneer me daal k mila denge. Ab hum paneer k mixture ko 10 minute k liye marinate hone k liye dhak kar rakh denge.





2. Ab 10 minute me hamara paneer ache se merinate ho gaya hai, Ab hum ek pan me paneer talne ke liye oil garam karein, Ab paneer ko agar aap chahe to 2 baar  me tal le, ya apne oil ki quantity ke hisab se ek baar me bhi tal k nikal sakte hai. Ab saare paneer ko tal kar plate me nikal lijiye.

3. Ab usi pan me oil garam kar ke usme 2 pieces me kate hue pyaz ko halka tal kar nikal k alag rakh denge, ab garam oil me methi dana, tej patta aur hing daale.

4. Ab usme pyaz ki puree add kare, aur ache se se chalate hue pakaye. Ab kate hue tamatar daal dein, aur namak add karein. Ab 2 minute tak dhak kar pakne dein. Sabhi masalo ko ek katori me thoda pani daal kar gaadha ghol bana lein.

5. Ab pan ki lid hataye, aur usme saare masale ka ghol add karein. Ab masale ko ache se pakaye. Ab usme tamato puree add karein. Ab ache se mix kar k masale ko dhak kar 5 minute tak pakne dein.

6. Ab check karein masale se tel alag hone lagega, masala ache se pak kar taiyaar hai, usme ek glass pani dalein, boil aane par tali hui paneer aur pyaz ko add kar dein. Aur 5 minute dhak kar pakaye.

7.  Ab aapki sabzi ban kar taiyaar hai, kati hui dhaniya patti daalein aur roti ya chawal k sath serve karein.

Yeh sabzi bahut jaldi ban kar taiyaar hoti hai, aap isse kisi bhe festival par ya aapke ghar koi mehman achanak aa jayein, to aap ise fatafat banakar serve kar sakte hai.

Note:


  • Agar aapke pass kasuri methi hai, to aap sabzi mein ache se hatho se masal kar daal dein. Kasuri methi se swaad bahut acha aata.
  • Dhyaan rahe paneer ko pan me daaltey waqt doori banaye jisse oil ke chhite aap par na padey.
  • Jab masalo se oil alag hone lage tabhe pani add kare, warna masale ache se pake nahi hote to taste acha nahi aata hai.
