Jo jhatpat bankar tayaar ho jaati hai aur khane mein bhi bahut tasty hoti hai. Hare baingan to apne market me bahut baar dekhe honge. Inki do variety market me milti hai ek Gol Hare Baingan aur ek Lambe wale. Hare baingan ki sabzi Parathe, Roti aur Daal chawal ke sath bahut tasty lagti hai. Aap chahe to gravy wale baingan ya bharwa baingan ya phir sukhi sabzi bhi bana sakte hai. Mai aaj Hare baingan ki sukhi sabzi banaungi.

Ingredients:

  • Hare Baingan(Green Eggplant) - 1/2 kg 
  • Adrak(Ginger) - 1 inch baarik kati hue
  • Hari Mirch(Green Chillies) - 2 baarik kati hue
  • Nimbu(Lemon) - 1/2
  • Punch Phoran - 1 tspn
  • Curry Patta - 6-7 Patte
  • Haldi - 1 tspn
  • Laal Mirch Powder - 1/2 tspn
  • Namak - Swadanusar
  • Dhaniya Podwer - 1 tspn
  • Garam Masala - 1/2 tspn

Panch Phoran - Panch Phoran me 5 seeds mix hote hai. Methi seeds, Rai dana, Jeera, Kalonji, aur Saunf. 

Ingredients

Hare Baingan Ki Sabzi Banane ki Vidhi:


1. Baingan ko ache se dhokar lambe tukdo me kat lein. Ab ek pan mein oil daal kar garam karein.

2. Ab oil garam ho jane par panch phoran, hing curry patta, hari mirch aur adrak daalein. Jab phoran chatakne lage tb usmein kate hue baingan daal dein. Aur halka fry kar ke 2-3 minute ke liye dhak dein. Gas ko medium rakhein. Aur ek do baar baingan ko chala dein.

3. Ab usmein sabhi masale dhaniya powder, laal mirch powder, haldi, aur namak daal kar ache se mix kar k dhak kar pakaye.

4. Bich bich me baingan ko ache se chalate hue pakaye.Ab aap dekhenge baingan se achi khushboo aane lagegi aur oil alag hone laga hai.Iss process mein lagbhag 8-10 minute ka samay lagta hai. 

5. Ab usmein garam masala daal kar ache se mix karein aur gas band kar ke baingan ko dhak dein. 

6. Ab lid hata kar usme 1 tbspn lemon juice add kar ke ache se mix karein. Ab garama garam sabzi ko daal chawal ya paratho ke sath serve karein.

Note:                                                                                                                     

  • Lemon Juice ko baingan ki sabzi me gas off karne k baad he add karein. Lemon juice daalne ke baad sabzi pakane se sabzi me kadwapan aa jaata hai.
