Hello Friend, Kaddu to aap sabko pata he hoga ki ye kon si sabzi hoti hai. Chaliye apko iss sabzi ke khubiya bhe batate hai. Kaddu bahut he paustik hoti hai. Yeh sabzi hridya rogiyo aur madhumeh ke rogiyo ke liye bahutnhe labhdayak hota hai. Iska soup vajan ghatane ke liye low calorie diet me liya jaata hai. Yeh cholestrol ko bhe kam karta hai aur urine infection ke liye bhe bahut faydemand hai. Kaddu ko petha, kumhdha, aur kohda aadi nam se bhe jana jaata hai. Iska chhilka gadhe hare rang ka hota hai. Andar se kacha kaddu halka peela hota hai aur paka hua kaddu gadha peela aur laal hota hai. Kaddu Tarbuj aur kharbuj ye sabhe ek he prajati me aate hai. Aap kaddu ki sabzi regular diet me jarur ishtemal kariye.

Aaj hum banayenge Kaddu(Pumpkin) ki khatti meethi sabzi. Yeh sabzi khane me bahut swadisht aur halki hoti hai. Kaddu ki iss khatti meethi sabzi ko hum aam dino mein bana kar to khate he hai but yeh sabzi Navratri ke dini me aur anya tyharo mein bhi bahut chaw se bana kar khaye jaati hai aur sabko bahut achi bhi lagti hai. Vrat wali kaddu ki sabzi me hum haldi ka upyog nahi karte aur sadharan namak ki jagah sendha namak ka upyog karte hai. Kaddu ko Petha, Kohda, aur Sitafal bhi kaha jaata hai. Kaddu se aur bhi recieps tayaar ki jaati hai jaise kaddu ki daal, kaddu ka halwa aur kaddu ki barfi aadi. Kaddu ki sabzi ko parathe aur puri ke sath khane me bahut maza aata hai. Yeh sabzi bacho aur bado sabhi ko bahut pasand aati hai.

Ingredients: 

  • Kaddu(Pumpkin) - 500g Chakor tukdo me kati hue
  • Sarso ka tel(Mustard Oil) - 2-3 Tbspn
  • Adrak(Ginger) - 1 inch bareek kati hue
  • Suki Laal Mirch(Dry Red Chilli) - 3 se 4
  • Panch Phoran - 1/2 Tbspn
  • Hing(Asafoetida) - 1 Chutaki
  • Namak(Salt) - Swadanusar
  • Haldi(Turmeric) - 1 Tspn
  • Garam Masala - 1 Tspn
  • Chini(Sugar) - 1 Tspn
  • Nimbu(Lemon) - 1/2

Vidhi:


1. Sabse pehle pan me oil garam karein. Ab punch phoran, adrak, hing, aur sukhi laal mirch daal dein. 
    Ab haldi daal dein.

2. Ab kaddu ke tukdo ko daal kar ache se mix kijiye. 2 minute dhak dijiye.

3. Ab namak daal kar ache se mix kar dijiye. Ab dhak kar 20 minute tak pakne dijiye. Bich-bich me lid hata kar chalate rahiye jisse apka kaddu pan me chipkega nahi.

4. 20 minute baad lid hatakar check kijiye. Apke kaddu ka colour change ho jayega aur chamach se dabane par masal jayega. Ab aap usme garam masala aur chini daal kar mix kar dijiye aur 2 minute ke liye dhak dijiye.

5. 2 minute baad gas ko band kar dijiye aur nimbu ka ras daal kar ache se mix kar dijiye.

6. Apki kaddu ki khatti-meethi sabzi bankar tayar hai. Ab aap pudi aur paratho ke sath serve kijiye.

Aap yeh kaddu ki sabzi agar fast ke liye bana rahe hai to haldi ka istemal mat kijiye aur normal namak ki jagah sendha namak ka istemal kijiye.

Note:


  • Aap chahe to kacha kaddu ya thoda paka hua kaddu ka ishtemal kar sakte hai.
  • Kaddu agar kacha lein rahe hai to uska chilka soft hota hai aap chahe to kaddu ko chilke ke sath ishtemal kar sakte hai.
  • Agar aap paka hua kaddu lete hai to uska chilka bahut sakht hota hai. Uske chilke ko aap chhil kar nikal dijiye.
  • Nimbu ke ras ko gas band karne ke bad daalein varna sabzi kadwi ho jayegi.
  • Aap sarso ke tel ki jagah koi bhe tel ishtemal kar sakte hai jaise jaitun ka tel, surajmukhi ka tel wagrah.
