Hello Friends, Aaj mai apke liye Sabudana Khichdi ki recipe laaye hu. Sabudana(Sago Perals) dekhne me ekdum moti jaisa hota hai aur iski recipes khane me bahut tasty hoti hai. Sabudana se bahut saari recipes banai jaati hai jaise Sabudana Pakoda, Sabudana Kheer, Sabudana Vada aur Sabudana Khichdi. Sabudana Khichdi or Sabudana Pulao ek bahut he famous indian dish hai jo india me Navratri ke sath sath aur bhi vrat wale tyoharo par banai jaati hai. Aisa nahi hai ki aap isko fast me he bana kar khaye, aapka jab mann karein aap isko bana kar kha sakte hai. 

Waise to Sabudana khichdi banana bahut asan hai. Lekin isko banane me ek samasaya aati hai. Woh samasya hai sabudana ke daane aapas me chiapak jaate hai khile-khile nahi bante. Aaj mai apko kuch khas tips bataungi jisse aapki khichdi ekdm khili-khili banegi aur pan mein chipkegi bhi nahi. Waise to iss problem ko mujhe bhi kitne baar face karna pada, meri bhi khichdi baar baar chipak jaati thi. Ab meine kuch baato ka dhyaan rakha to meri khichadi bahut achi banti hai. 

To chaliye jante hai woh kuch khas tips jisse hamari khichdi bina chipke khili-khili banegi.

Ingredients:

  • Sabudana(Sago Pearls) - 250g
  • Moongfali(Peanuts) - 1/2 cup bhunkar, chhili hue aur kuti hue
  • Aloo(Patato) - 2 ubaal kar tukdo me kate hue
  • Ghee - 2 Tbspn
  • Jeera(Cumin Seeds) - 1/2 Tspn
  • Hari Mirch(Green Chillies) - 2 baarik kati hue
  • Curry Patta - 7-8 Patte
  • Sendha Namak(Rock Salt) - 2 Tbspn
  • Nimbu(Lemon) - 1/2 
  • Chini(Sugar) - 1/2 tspn
  • Dhaniya Patta(Coriander Leave) - 1 tbspn

Sabudana Khichdi banane ki Vidhi:

  • Sabse pehle 1 cup sabudana ko saaf pani se ache se 2-3 baar dho lein. Ab 1 cup sabudan me half cup pani daal kar raat bhar ya 5-6 ghante tak bhigokar rakh dein. 
  • Ab sabudana check karein aapka sabudana ache se ful gaya hoga aur hath me ek dana lene par ungli ke bich masal kar dekhein woh ek dam soft hoga.
  • Ab ek pan me ghee garam karein. Ghee garam hone par jeera Curry Patta daalein.

  • Ab kuti hue moongfali aur aloo bhi daal dein. Ab ache se mix karein. Gas ko low to medium rakein aur 2 minute ke liye pan ko dhak dein. Ab sendha namak aur chini daal dein aur ache se mix kar dein.

  • Ab bhigoye hue sabudana ko daal dein aur ache se mix karte huye cahalye. Ab 2 minute ke liye pan ko dhak kar sabudana khichdi pakayein.

  • Ab gas band kar dijiye aur lemon juice  add kar dijiye aur pan ko dhak dijiye.
  • Aapki sabudana khichdi bankar tayaar hai, dhaniya patta daaliye aue thandi thandidahi k sath serve kijiye.

Note:

  • Sabudana ko ache se dhokar he bhigoye.
  • Sabudana bhigone ke liye hamesha sabudana se adhe pani ka he upyog karna cahahiye. Jaise aap 2 cup sbudana le rahe hai to usko 1 cup paani me he bhigayein. Pani jada dalne se he sabudana khichdi banate samay chipakne lagta hai.
  • Lemon Juice ko ekdm last me gas band karne ke baad he daalein varna uska kadwapan apki khichdi ka swaad kharab kar dega. Lemon juice daalne se apki khichdi ekdm khili khili lagegi.
  • Gas ko low to medium he rakhein varna aapki khichdi jal jayegi aur chipak jayegi.
