Hello mere pyare dosto. Aaj mai apke liye samosa banane ki vidhi lekar aaye hu. Samosa ek bahut he jyada pasand aane wala vyanjan hai. Koi bhe party ho ya kbhe bhe kuch chatpata street food khane ka mann ho to hum sabse pehle samose ka he nam lete hai. Samosa pure bharat me bahut he jyada pasand kiya jane wala street food hai. Yeh nashta bache aur bado sabhi ko bahut pasand aata hai hai. 

Yeh maide ki parat aur aloo ke bharawan se bana hua bahut pasand he pasand kiya jane wala sham ko khane wala snacks hai. Samose ko aap pudine ki chutney, Imali ki chutney, adrak ki chai aur dahi ke sath paros sakte hai.

Avashyak Samagri - Ingredients

Samose ke upari parat ke aate ke liye:

  • Maida - 3 cup
  • Tel or Ghee - 4 Tspn
  • Ajwain - 1/2 Tbspn
  • Kalonji - 1 Tbspn
  • Namak - 1 Tbspn

Samose ke bharavan ke liye:

  • Aloo - 6  madhya akar ke unale hue
  • Matar - 1 cup boiled
  • Moongfali ke daane - 1/2 cup bhune hue
  • Paneer - 50 gram chhote tukdo me kata hua(Vaikalpik)
  • Hari Mirch - 2-3 baarik kati hue
  • Dhaniya patta - 2 tbspn baarik kata hua
  • Jeera Powder - 1/2 tspn
  • Dhaniya Powder - 1 Tspn
  • Haldi - 1/2 Tspn
  • Tel - 2-3 Tbspn
  • Pani - 1 cup
  • Tel - Samosa talne ke liye
  • Sabut dhaniya- 1/2 Tbspn
  • Hing - 1 chutaki
  • Adrak - 1 inch baarik kati hue
  • Namak - Swadanusar

Samosa Banane ki Vidhi



    1.  Sabse pehle aate ki parat me maida nikal lein. Ab usme ajwain, kalonji, namak aur ghee ya tel           daalein. Ab apni hatheliyo ki sahayata se masal masal kar maide ko ache se milayein.

         Ab thoda thoda pani daal kar aata gunde. Aata sakhta gundana hai mulayam nahi varna apke             samose karare nahi banenge. Ab ekdm sakht aata gund ke gile kapde se dhak dijiye.

    2.  Ab ek bartan me aloo ko tukdo me tod lijiye pure aloo ko masalna nahi hai. Ab ek pan me tel daal      kar garam kijiye. Ab usme sabut dhaniya, hing, adrak aur hari mirch daal dijiye. Ab haldi powder           daal kar chalaiye.                                                                                                                                           Ab aloo aur matar ke daane bhe daal dijiye. Ab ache se mix karte hue chalaiye aur namak jeera                powder, dhaniya powder aur namak daal kar ache se mila dijiye. 

    3.  Ab 2 minute ke liye ache se bhuniye aur moongfsli ke daane aur paneer daal kar ache se mila              dijiye. Ab gas band kar dijiye aur bharawan ko dhak kar rakh dijiye.

    4.  Ab maide se ek barabar ki loiya tod kar rakh lijiye aur kapde se dhak dijiye. Ab ek loi lijiye aur           roti  ke akar ki bel lijiye, Ab beli hue roti ko bich me se chake se kat dijiye. 

    5.  Ab kate hue adhe bhag ke kinare kinakre pani lagaiye aur samose ko bharne ke liye cone ki tarah        banaiye. Aur ache se chipka dijiye. Ab bane hue cone mein chammach ki madad se aloo se bana              hue bharavan ko bhariye.

     Upar tak aloo ko nahi bharna hai. Ab ungaliyo ki madad se samose ko acge se band kijiye. Aur               ungaliyo se thoda chapta kar dijiye. 

     6.  Ab dusre kate hue hisse ko bhe aise he bhar ke samosa bana lijiye. Saare samose bhar ke talne ke       liye tayaar hai. Ab kadhai me tel garam kijiye. Tel jada garm ya phir jada thanda nahi hone                      chahiye.

     Gas ko madhyam rakhiye aur ek ek kar ke samose daliye. Ek baari me aap 2-3 samose tal sakte                hai. Ab halka bhura rang hone par samose ko nikal lijiye. Aise he saare samose tal kar nikal lijiye.

      Apke garma-garam samose bankar tayar hai. Aap inhe sham ki chai ke sath khatti meethi chutne             ke sath sabko khilaiye. Aap iski chatpati chat bhe bana sakte hai.

  • Ek plate me Samose ko tod kar rakh lijiye.
  • Ab uske uper dahi daaliye. uske baad hari chutney aur meethi chutney.
  • Ab ubale hue matar ke daane daaliye aur parosiye.
